As we approach the second week of Wimbledon (a grand slam tennis tournament and great place to see celebrity upskirt) it is a shame to see the exit of such a pretty blonde French girl Tatiana Golovin. The 19 year old caused headlines for the wrong reasons earlier this week because she was wearing red panties. Wimbledon operates a strict dress code of white and according to the rules, if the hem-line of the player’s underwear is above or below a certain measure it is okay to be considered underwear.

Tatiana’s red panties were measured and were deemed (by the referee) to be underwear and not shorts. If they had been deemed as shorts then she would have been disqualified (why would she not have been allowed to take them off, well change them?)
